Vinegar

After bathing with a gentle soap, rinse with vinegar and water. You can't really change the pH of a living body--that will kill it. So a horse's pH inside and on skin is going to remain the same. However, you can rinse with a pH changer that zaps the fungus or bacteria involved in skin rashes. But use vinegar from a farmer --not from the grocery. The fermenting organisms are dead in the pasteurized grocery version and they help restore the healthy skin organisms that are killed along with the bad ones. Sometimes it works in one treatment!
