Equine Performax and The Jaeckle Centre are excited to offer the Whole Horse Wellness Seminar, presented by Kinetic Vet, to veterinarians, vet technicians and farriers July 22-23 in Thompson Station, Tenn. Now farriers can earn nine American Association of Professional Farriers (AAPF) continuing education credits for attending the seminar and taking in the individual session to listen to renowned podiatrist Dr. Scott Morrison from Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, Ky., on Friday afternoon for only $50.
Walk-in registrations are accepted.
This two-day seminar will be worth 15 continuing education hours (pending) and will focus on the whole horse. World-renowned speakers, sponsored by the industry’s leading manufacturers in their field, will feature topics including podiatry, dermatology, immunology, rehabilitative therapy, botulism and much more. Lunch will be provided, thanks to generous sponsors.
“The Jaeckle Centre is the perfect venue for this unique style of meeting,” says Marylu Ernsting, Equine Specialist in the Veterinary Division with Kinetic Vet. “The Whole Horse Wellness Seminar is designed to bring emphasis on topics the equine veterinarian, vet tech and farrier encounters frequently, if not daily, in their practices.”
The seminar will utilize The Equine Performax facility, which is a best in class facility featuring a full veterinary clinic, seven equine rehabilitation modalities, a Hallmarq Standing Equine MRI, as well as The Jaeckle Centre’s multi-discipline training and competition facility.
Other sponsors of the event include: Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital and Pharmacy, Boehringer Ingelheim, Neogen, Zoetis, Kentucky Performance Products and PulseVet. More sponsorships for the seminar are available.
