Equine Craniosacral Workshop Level 5 "Assessment, Occlusion and Biomechanics"

This five day workshop expands upon the craniosacral foundation (ECS1) by introducing students to the role and importance of the teeth and addressing their effects on the healthy biomechanics of the equine athlete. The first two days are focused on dental anatomy, physiology and the development of the teeth of the horse, the effects of the bit and care. Over the next three days, students assess movement and posture for biomechanical imbalances and then treat the horses, combining previous craniosacral skills and expanding upon them. Students' hands-on experience will include palpating inside the mouths. Early registration is advised as numbers are limited.
