Call for Donations to Support Solar Projects in West Africa: SunPower Afrique ramping up for Spring Pilot Project in Togo!
SunPower Afrique is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to reduce poverty in West Africa by connecting microfinance institutions and small businesses to solar energy. We have made significant steps toward getting these worthwhile projects off the ground, but still need significant financial support for our pilot project this spring. Please consider any level of support for this woman-founded, owned and operated social enterprise, to empower microfinance institutions with clean, reliable electricity and spur economic development by offering “Solar Loans” to small business clients.
