Hay Loft - Feeding New Hay

Last year’s hay is nearly gone from your hay lofts. The farmers have been busy growing and harvesting their hay crops, and fresh, new bales have just arrived at your farm.

New Hay

Sensible advice but perhaps a bit over the top. For many years I have seen new hay fed to hundreds of horses, with no gradual changeover and have never seen any adverse effects (except maybe a bit looser stools for a few days). A normal, healthy horse is a lot more resilient than what we sometimes give them credit for.
