WHAT IS OSTEOPATHY?
Osteopathy is a gentle manual therapy aimed to maintain the health of the musculoskeletal system. Horses are born and live for movement: pain or restricted mobility may drastically lessen (reduce) the quality of animals’ life. Osteopathic treatment for equines uses techniques developed in human osteopathy and adapted to animals’ physical needs: it helps to improve mobility, prevent injuries, and increase performance. Regular osteopathic treatment has proven to benefit both elite competition animals and family pets alike.
