Randi Thompson is Co-Cruise coordinator of the Horse Lovers Summit on the Sea, Master of Ceremonies, and speaker. Randi is a Horse Industry Legal Consultant and Expert Witness. Featured as a speaker at the top US equestrian tradeshows, including the recent Tryon World Equestrian Games. Randi also certifies riding instructors and Trail Guides with the Certified Horsemanship Assn. Thompson has produced National Winning riders in the Dressage National Finals, Junior Jumpers, and further back, Flat-shod walking horses (Saddle Seat and Western Pleasure) and Arabian Western Pleasure. Angela Beck has been a volunteer and a victim. Her experiences led her to meet Metcalfe at an Alabama horse expo in 2005. Shortly after that, Angela agreed to become the Executive Volunteer Coordinator for Stolen Horse International, Inc., working side by side with founder, Debi Metcalfe, to grow and operate NetPosse, from 2005 until 2015. Angela is sharing many of the NetPosse behind-the-scenes stories with attendees. The stories teach why horse owners need to protect their horses while exploring volunteers' critical role in running a one-of-a-kind nonprofit organization.
Tracy Molloy has been involved professionally with horses for over 42 years. She started her career after receiving her Riding Master's Degree at the Meredith Manor International School of Horsemanship. She was the head instructor and manager for several riding schools and programs before opening her boarding, training, and show facility in Vermont. Tracy specializes in the Hunter and Jumper discipline, Three-day Eventing, dressage, The US Pony Club, and Endurance riding. She specializes in developing a partnership between the horses and the riders.
David Spears is now retired but has distinguished himself during thirty years of law enforcement experience as an Agriculture Special Investigator at the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry. Chief Spears has served as a law enforcement advisor to Stolen Horse International for over a decade, helping with many cases over two decades.
Marci Taylor is a certified riding instructor with the American Riding Instructor Program and founder of C.H.A.R.T.™ (Confident Horse and Rider Teams). She specializes in developing communication skills between horses and riders utilizing desensitization techniques and obstacles.
Debi continues, "Our first stop, when we embark on the ship, the Carnival Valor, will be to stop at our Horse Lovers Summit Welcome table. We have lanyards, baseball hats, educational handouts from our speakers, and more for our "Swag bags."
