Whole Equine is proud to announce its new partnership with Branscomb Farm, a premier Warmblood horse training and breeding facility located in Half Moon Bay, CA. Whole Equine, an online retailer of natural horse health products, is supplying a selection of supplements and other products to enhance Branscomb's horses' health. Whole Equine is also providing special support to Branscomb's Grand Prix show jumping and breeding horses Contiano BF and Venice BF.
Branscomb Farm, founded in 2004, specializes in breeding jumping and dressage horses with German-Verband approved pedigrees. Now in their third generation of breeding, Branscomb-bred horses are competing successfully at dressage, hunters, jumping and eventing throughout the United States. One of Branscomb's studs, Contiano BF, was bred and trained at Branscomb's facility and boasts a very successful show jumping career to-date. He won the 2010 North American stallion 70-day test and is designated as an "elite" stallion licensed for breeding world wide by the German Oldenburg Verband. Additionally, he produced the Camelot BF, the winner of the 2016 Five Year Old Finals for the Western Division of the Young Jumper Championship. Camelot BF was also bred at Branscomb and approved as a stallion by the Belgian Warmblood association. Venice BF, another one of Branscomb's top show jumpers, was bred in the United States and has been one of Branscomb's top performers this year. Whole Equine is very excited to support these champions' health and performance goals through balanced nutritional support.
Beyond the stunning quality of horses that Branscomb breeds and trains, Branscomb's facility is also unique; with 74 acres of premier riding facilities, pasture, playtime, sunshine, and fresh forage, Branscomb's horses are provided the best in natural horse care practices. The partnership between Whole Equine and Branscomb was thus a natural fit. Branscomb's head trainer and farm manager, Daniel Zilla, competes several of their horses, including Contiano BF and Venice BF, in the grand-prix level jumping circuit. Zilla and Branscomb Farm founder KC Branscomb appreciate the benefits of natural horse care as a fitting complement to the idyllic living situation Branscomb offers its horses. "At Branscomb Farm, Daniel and I are strong proponents of natural care in how horses are raised and trained and in what they are fed. We are excited about this relationship with Whole Equine for the opportunity to improve both the nutrition of our growing foals and youngsters as well as our top performing athletes in the Grand Prix ring, " says Branscomb. Branscomb founded Branscomb Farm with the vision of producing USA-bred horses that could compete with those of Europe's finest breeders'.
Whole Equine is also thrilled to partner with Branscomb Farm; as a fellow local business on the Northern California Coast, Whole Equine is honored to be a part of the support team for one of the highest caliber equestrian facilities in the area.
